PAYROLL & HR
TRUVIS manages payroll, WPS, employment contracts, MOHRE coordination, HR documentation, and workforce compliance for UAE companies operating across mainland and free zone environments.

PEOPLE & PAYROLL
Payroll and workforce administration should support growth, not create operational risk. UAE employers must manage WPS requirements, employment contracts, labour filings, leave balances, gratuity, insurance, and employee records with accuracy and consistency.
TRUVIS implements structured payroll systems, transparent reporting, and compliance-driven HR processes that scale with the business while keeping employee documentation clear, accurate, and regulator-ready.

FAQ
Answers reflect the position as at October 2026. Rules change and every application is decided by the relevant authority, so treat this as orientation rather than advice on your specific case.
The Wage Protection System is the UAE’s electronic salary transfer system. Employers registered with MOHRE must pay salaries through WPS-approved banks or agents, and many free zones apply their own equivalent rules. Late or missing WPS payments can lead to fines and work-permit restrictions.
Under the UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021), a full-time employee with at least one year of service earns 21 days’ basic wage for each of the first five years and 30 days’ basic wage for each year after that, capped at two years’ total wage. We calculate and reconcile gratuity liabilities as part of monthly payroll.
Mainland employment contracts are issued and registered through MOHRE; free zone contracts are registered with the relevant free zone authority. The registered contract has to match the offer and the payroll record, which is where many disputes start.
Private-sector companies with 50 or more employees have annual Emiratisation targets, and smaller companies in specified sectors also have hiring requirements. Emiratisation also feeds into your ICV score, so we plan it alongside payroll.
