Acceptance of Terms
By engaging TruVis International Services (“TruVis”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for any corporate services or by accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services or website.
About TruVis
TruVis International Services is a licensed Corporate Service Provider (CSP) registered with the relevant UAE regulatory authorities and DNFBP registered in accordance with UAE anti-money laundering legislation. We operate from Level 36, Tower 3, Etihad Towers, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Scope of Services
Our services include, but are not limited to: company formation and licensing, corporate representative services, entity management, accounting and tax compliance, payroll and HR administration, banking facilitation, PRO and immigration services, and intellectual property support. The specific services applicable to each client are defined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement.
Engagement & Fees
All engagements are subject to a formal scope of work and fee agreement. Fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. TruVis reserves the right to revise fees upon reasonable notice. Government, regulatory, and third-party fees are billed separately and at cost.
Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to perform the services. Failure to do so may delay delivery or result in additional fees. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all documents submitted for company formation, visa, and compliance purposes.
Intellectual Property
All proprietary methodologies, templates, frameworks, and documentation produced by TruVis remain the intellectual property of TruVis International Services unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit such materials without our prior written consent.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged during the engagement. TruVis operates under strict professional confidentiality standards consistent with UAE regulatory requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, TruVis shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services from which the claim arises.
Regulatory Compliance
TruVis complies with all applicable UAE federal and emirate-level laws, including AML/CFT obligations under Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement where regulatory obligations require us to do so.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement upon written notice as specified in the relevant engagement letter. TruVis reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these terms, or regulatory concerns.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Amendments
TruVis reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
